Shipping, returns & refunds

Worldwide delivery. Free delivery in UK. Goods are posted in unbranded, unmarked packaging in case intended as a gift.

We send items out in the UK within two working days, by tracked mail via Royal Mail. This should then be with you within two days.

If there are any issues with a missing parcel or to discuss a return, in the first instance please either use the contact form in this website or email martynstewartart@gmail.com.

All items posted are sent by tracked mail so in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

If you are not happy with your item or changed your mind, You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price if it is returned within 14 days (buyer pays for the return shipping cost). To return any goods by mail, pack the item to avoid damage in transit and send to the address included on the delivery note / invoice.  Pay the necessary postage; we suggest using a trackable method as we can’t issue a refund until we receive the product back and it is in good condition. However; if the item is not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage. Keep proof of postage as proof that the goods have been returned.

Refunds for goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
